Nina Kerola was born in Turku and grew up in Pori Finland, and has studied at the Pori School of Fine Arts in Finland, at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Stockholm and at the University College of Fine Arts in Stockholm. Today she lives and works in Huddinge. Nina Kerolas pictures are about memories from her childhood in the 70's in Finland. She filters her upbringing through the memory of places and dream situations.
