Collection: Märta König

Märta König was born in 1969 and lives and works in Åland's Västerby, Vänge. Her main medium is painting, although she is also drawn to drawing, sculpture and objects. She acts impulsively, without thinking or analyzing. However, what she heard, read, saw and experienced always affects the work, both directly and indirectly. She likes the unexpected, and when her work takes unexpected turns.
