Refund policy

As we mostly sell unique artworks, we reserve the right to that works that can be ordered can unfortunately be sold despite the order being processed. Should this happen, we will notify you as a customer immediately, for the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order. Defective or damaged product is returned at no cost. If you want a refund and not replace the product, we will refund the price, delivery cost and the cost of returning it to us. If you regret the purchase of an undamaged or faulty product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The product and the packaging it comes in must be returned in new condition. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, by email or phone, before you return your product. The product must be well wrapped so that neither the product nor the packaging / carton it is in is damaged.
