Stephen Lawlor is an Irish artist who has had exhibitions and events in Sweden for over 20 years. He is a member of the Aosdána (Irish Artists' Association) and an associate member of the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers in London.
For the exhibition at Galleri Helle Knudsen, Lawlor has organized a group of 10 Irish graphic artists. Most of the artists come from Graphic Studio Dublin Print Workshop and some from Black Church Print workshop. Both are funded by the Arts Council of Ireland.
Artists participating in the exhibition are: Ailbhe Barrett, Ria Czerniak-Lebov, Mary A. Fitzgerald, Niamh Flanagan, Clare Henderson, Stephen Lawlor, James McCreary, Niall Naessens, Robert Russell and Aoife Scott.
