Magnus Petersson was born in 1964, lives in Växjö and has a summer studio at Hasslö in the Karlskrona archipelago. Magnus is mainly inspired by nature and its essence. His pictures try to depict a metaphysical middle world he often experiences out in nature, lights and moods that have to be experienced on the spot, shifts that can hardly be imagined. Therein lies the challenge. Watercolour and drawing are the techniques he mainly uses.
