Magnus Petersson was born in 1964, lives in Växjö and has a summer studio at Hasslö in the Karlskrona archipelago. Magnus is mainly inspired by nature and its essence. His pictures try to depict a metaphysical middle world he often experiences out in nature; lights and moods that have to be experienced on the spot, shifts that can hardly be imagined. Therein lies the challenge. Watercolor and drawing are the techniques he mainly uses.
