Mikael Wahrby was born in 1952 in Hägersten and he still lives and works there today. In the 1970s he was a student at the Royal Academy of Arts in Stockholm, where he also worked as a lecturer in copper printing from1994 to 2010. Since the end of the 1970s, he has been active in his own copper printing workshop.
The water tower at Mosebacke
The tower from 1895 has an exotic silhouette. The eight-sided upper part, made with cut-in niches and corner plinths in granite against the brickwork's bright red tiles.
