Svante Rydberg was born in 1948 in Ludvika, where he still lives and works. His artistic career began with studies at Pernby\'s Painting School in Stockholm and the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome between 1969 and 1972. During his career, he has exhibited his works at a wide range of galleries, such as Svenska Bilder and Galleri Astley, as well as at several art halls and museums around Sweden, including Piteå Art Hall, Eskilstuna Art Hall, and Dalarna Museum. Rydberg has also been a recurring participant in group exhibitions such as Liljevalchs Spring Salons, Dala Salon, and Norrland Salon. He has been shown at Stockholm Art Fair and has also participated in international exhibitions in Hamburg, Paris, Athens, and Tunis.
