Tomas Gustavsson (b.1958, Västerås) is educated at Västerås Art School and Konstfack in Stockholm. The environments in his latest paintings are taken from Härjedalen and places around Lake Mälaren. He often uses the landscape as a background for various scenes, shaping the images into stories about memories and forgetfulness.
