Viktor Hjertén (b.1983) works mainly at Falu Konstgrafiska verkstad, but also in his studio outside Falun. Hjertén lives and works close to nature, and that is where his inspiration comes from - the forest, sea, mountains, and lakes. Moods and essences from feelings and experiences.

In his work process, he usually works with slightly more unconventional materials such as construction plastic, recycled plastic bags, and tape, from which he then creates his print forms. Even the materials he prints on can vary from Hahnemühle paper and wallboard to other building materials and plastics.
