William Jernberg (born 1999, active in Örebro) was educated at Umeå Academy of Fine Arts. In his practice, Jernberg explores how images take shape and how we perceive them. The motifs often emerge gradually during the work process, where people and animals appear without a defined function. Instead, they become parts of the image’s structure or responses to impulses arising in the process, carrying a charge that can be crucial to the whole.
